Brent Zande is the Founder and CEO of Slate Building Group in Charlotte, NC. A licensed general contractor and real estate broker, Brent offers investors, developers, and builders 37 years of construction experience and more than 15,000 completed projects. His Slate team is known for consistently delivering projects marked by efficiency (120 days or less from breaking ground to CO), accountability, and quality.

Prior to Slate, Brent held senior leadership roles across the real estate and construction industry, including COO of R2 Residential, where he helped deploy more than $4 billion in single-family assets throughout the Southeast.

A Michigan State graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Brent is recognized for his practical expertise and investor-first approach.
