With over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, he has led entitlement, planning, design, permitting, and construction administration efforts for a wide variety of development types including general commercial, retail, office, multifamily, industrial, mixed‑use, and residential projects throughout the greater Houston region.

Dan specializes in guiding complex projects from initial site feasibility and due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and final closeout, often serving as the primary client liaison and lead civil engineer. His expertise includes civil site design, grading and drainage, utility coordination, regulatory navigation, and construction administration.
