Daniel Gibbens is a State-Licensed Florida General Contractor and the driving force behind G6 Development Co. LLC. With more than 20 years of direct experience in the building industry, Daniel brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to every project, blending construction expertise with long-term real estate strategies while enhancing his Real Estate Portfolio as well as expanding investor relations.

In July 2025, G6 Development Co. LLC was recognized at the Florida Home Builders Association Aurora Awards, earning two Silver Awards for Best Renovated Single-Family Home and Best Commercial Office Interior Renovation, along with the prestigious Grand Aurora Award for Best Logo and 2026 Featured Home Builder BBIA Parade of Homes. Daniel was a Judge of Space Coast Parade of Homes, Featured guest on YM Show Podcast and 2025 IMN Residential Ground Up Construction Forum Panel Speaker. These honors reflect the company’s commitment to excellence in both construction and brand integrity. Daniel currently serves as the BBIA Local Builder Director as well as FHBA Builder Director Alternate.

Since founding G6 Development Co. LLC in 2020, Daniel has led the company’s growth across both commercial and residential markets with expertise and concentrations specializing in multifamily and affordable housing and high-quality. Under his leadership, G6 has built a reputation for delivering projects that prioritize craftsmanship, efficiency, and enduring value.

Daniel is a champion of the Build-To-Rent model and has successfully developed duplex units within an 18-month period. His commitment to income-producing assets extends beyond development, as he maintains an extensive portfolio of multi-family and single-family investment properties.

Daniel resides in Lynn Haven with his wife, Danielle, and their four children. He remains actively engaged in his community while continuing to expand G6 Development Co. LLC’s impact across the state of Florida.
