Profile
David is the Founder and CEO of Herzog Homes, LLC, where he focuses on the acquisition, development, and construction of residential properties. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development of more than 2,000 homes and residential lots across five states.
He also leads Herzog Capital, an investment firm focused on real estate and other select business ventures, and is CoFounder of TradeCampus, a company working to address America’s skilled-trades shortage.
David is the national best-selling author of From Vision to Completion and has received numerous industry honors, including being named “America’s Best Builder” by the National Association of Home Builders and Builder Magazine.
He holds both an MBA and an MS in Finance from Loyola College and Loyola University respectively.
Beyond business, David’s commitment to service is reflected through the “Rita D. Herzog Kindness Foundation”, which supports children, the elderly, and underserved in our communities.
