David Huey is the founder and CEO of Sound Capital, a national construction lender built to serve growth-minded homebuilders. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and technology—including helping take a company public and scale it to a $1B market cap—he brings both operator and capital expertise to the industry.

Drawing on firsthand experience in the fix-and-flip market, Dave founded Sound Capital in 2008 to challenge traditional banking models that limit builder growth and reliability.
