Jason Hassenstab is Founder and President of Elevated Development. He comes from a long line of builders. After growing up in the family business, Hassenstab Concrete Inc, in Omaha, NE
he attended and graduated from Cal-Poly Pomona with a degree in Construction Engineering. Following graduation, Jason transitioned from intern to full-time Engineer with Kiewit, a Fortune 500 General Contractor, and worked his way up to a Project Manager role before deciding to venture out and build his own company in Texas. Jason began investing in real estate in 2016 and is active in the residential and commercial space as well as a private lender. He is passionate about all things construction and development and utilizes his 20+ years of construction experience to ensure Elevated Development projects and pursuits are on schedule, on budget, and obtaining the best returns for the company and company’s clients. Jason is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA), Texas Association of Builders (TAB) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
