Kevin Stuckey’s career in real estate development has spans over 50 years. In addition to his background in residential building and development, Mr. Stuckey’s career has included executive roles in commercial site acquisition and development activities with publicly traded retail and hospitality companies.

He has led:

• •Site selection, acquisition, entitlement and development,
• •Residential and commercial development and construction
• Acquisition & development financing and
• Government relations activities.

He is now a Principal and Partner in Barkley Development Company, LLC, a Houston based real estate development company focused exclusively on infill development in high-barrier-to-entry markets.
Mr. Stuckey has served on the Board of the Greater Houston Builders Association, and he currently serves on the Board of the Developers’ Council of that association. He is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston.
