Rusty Stout brings more than 25 years of construction and development experience, having managed over $500 million in projects across residential and commercial sectors.

After building and successfully exiting a commercial contracting company, he partnered with his wife Jen to co-found JS2 Partners—the world’s first healthy home building company—with a focus on building high-performance, wellness-driven homes. Together they also launched Healthier Homes, a paint brand and e-commerce platform dedicated to non-toxic home products.

Rusty is the former President of the Hill Country Builders Association and currently serves as Chairman of the City of Horseshoe Bay Builders Committee, advising on building regulations and development standards. He is a licensed Texas Realtor, co-author of the book Healthier Homes, and holds a Real Estate Development certificate from Cornell University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
