Cherie Jeffries is the Director of Fixed Income Trading, responsible for money market, cash‑enhanced, long passive plus portfolios, internal trading, securities lending, the Middle Office Group, and financial contracts. She implements portfolio strategy, oversees trading operations, interprets regulatory impacts, supports trade settlement, and verifies performance. She also serves as the U.S. regional lead and a Board Member of the Global Peer Financing Association.

Previously, she was Lead Portfolio Manager for the Florida State Treasury Investment Pool and a balanced portfolio manager and fixed income specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman.

Ms. Jeffries holds an MBA and a BT from Charleston Southern University and is a CFA charter holder.
