Erika Fleming is a Senior Business Architect in Schwab’s Securities Lending organization, where she has contributed for more than eight years. Ms. Fleming began her securities finance career in 2000 in Little Rock, Arkansas, later expanding her expertise in operations, documentation, and automation across several firms. In 2008, she joined what is now FIS, supporting the Loanet securities lending suite in roles that included technical support, business analysis, project management, and client conversions. She returned to the client side in 2017 at Schwab, where she has since focused on technology onboarding, process optimization, and scalable operational design. She earned a summa cum laude Bachelor of Science in Global Economics and Leadership from DePaul University in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, reading, and concerts.
