Martin has had a long and distinguished career in Securities Financing. At State Street, Martin was responsible for agency lending and enhanced custody business, which was developed under his leadership. Earlier, he spent 20 years at Morgan Stanley, serving as Global Head of Securities Lending and the CFO for the Global Equity Division. He was also Chairman for Equilend. Martin holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
