Alec Raggio is Head of Acquisitions for Beacon and brings more than 15 years of experience across acquisitions, portfolio management, and operational strategy. He has led sourcing and execution efforts, overseen diverse portfolios, and driven long-term value creation initiatives at several leading real estate investment firms.

Prior to Beacon, Alec served as Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Gindi Equities and as Director of Asset Management at Ashcroft Capital, where he managed investment strategy, business plan execution, and portfolio performance across multiple markets. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at Azure Partners and Kushner Companies and began in analyst positions supporting investment and capital markets transactions. Alec holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Writing from Gettysburg College and is an active member of NMHC’s Emerging Leaders program.
