Ari Abramson joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions. Ari leads CRC’s multifamily acquisitions team and is responsible for the sourcing, evaluating, and closing our acquisitions throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the US. Mr. Abramson is currently investing on behalf of the Core Multifamily Fund, LP, an open-ended fund, and Multifamily Value-Add Fund I, a value-add closed-end fund. Prior to joining CRC, Ari worked at Alex. Brown Realty as an Acquisitions Officer with a focus on joint venture investments throughout the Southeast. In addition, Ari held investment banking and real estate development positions for Stifel Nicolaus, Townsend Capital, and Legg Mason.


Ari is a Board Member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), where he is member of the Member Engagement Committee and former Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee. Mr. Abramson is a full member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he serves as the Vice Chair of the Multifamily Blue Product Council and active in the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NARIEM). Ari has a B.A. in Business and Economics from Muhlenberg College and a M.S. in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School.


Ari is Board Member of CHAI (Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc.) a nonprofit housing and community development organization serving northwest Baltimore. He is also a Board Member and Chair of the Livnot Society and former Co-Chair of the Real Estate Industry Group for The Associated: Community Federation of Baltimore.
