Mr. Newmans has in excess 8 years of real estate ownership and management experience, with a strong track record of executed value-add deals.

Cortney serves as Head of National Accounts & Commercial Lending for Lima One Capital. He is charged with managing large, institutional sale accounts for the company. His product focus includes multifamily properties and single-family portfolios for Lima One.

Cortney has personally originated over $50 million in SFR and Multifamily assets and oversaw production for an additional $425 million.

Cortney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Consumer Economics & Real Estate from The University of Georgia.
