Deke is a member of the company’s Executive Board and, as Managing Partner, oversees OneStreet’s Conventional Division, including its active adult (55+) multifamily, 55+ build-to-rent, and conventionally financed workforce housing developments. From concept origination through completion of construction and lease-up, his team works closely with OneStreet Residential Services to deliver exceptional communities for the company and its partners.

Upon joining the OneStreet team in 2013, Deke served as a Project Manager and gained diverse experience across a range of project types, including mixed-income and conventional 55+ communities, mixed-income traditional communities, and mixed-use developments. Over the years, Deke has been instrumental in executing numerous projects and led the Company’s conceptualization and development of Hayloft, OneStreet’s 55+ build-to-rent platform.
