Jack Palms is currently the Vice President of RREAF’s Acquisition team where he is responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and development of new acquisitions for RREAF’s various verticals.

Prior to joining RREAF, Jack co-founded a real estate investment firm, GRJ Capital, with a focus on acquiring student housing properties. Jack sourced, underwrote, capitalized, and partnered with investors to acquire assets throughout 2022.

Jack received a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance, and Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from The University of Oklahoma.
