John is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peak 15 Capital. A private equity firm managing discretionary funds and a capital advisory arm. Peak 15 actively works with commercial real estate operators, developers and sponsors to provide liquidity solutions for their commercial real estate projects across multiple asset types including multifamily, ground up, industrial, mixed use, BTR and others.

In his leadership of Peak 15, he directs strategic development and growth for the proprietery funds as well as the capital advisory business.

Formerly John was a Managing Member of MACC Venture Partners, a southeast focused owner operator of multifamily assets, and previous to that the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Boston Venture Partners (BVP), a structured finance firm based in Boston specializing in mixed use large scale developments.

Over the course of two decades John worked on a cumulative portfolio of over $2 Billion spanning across the U.S.

John serves on the boards of directors of several non-profit and for-profit organizations. He holds a BA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
