Meredith Barry spearheads Cortland’s business development strategy within the multifamily property management sector, driving the expansion of Cortland’s third-party management platform and shaping long-term portfolio growth for clients.

Prior to Cortland, Meredith served as Vice President of Client Services at Bozzuto, where she led client relations and business development across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Her tenure at Bozzuto also included a strategic advisory role to the President and CEO, overseeing operational, financial, and administrative functions for the Executive Office.

With 15 years of experience spanning client services, business development, operations, and marketing, Meredith offers a unique perspective helping to bridge priorities of developers, asset managers, and consumers alike.
