Misty Haskins is the Director of Operations & Client Experience for Kairoi’s expanding Southeast portfolio. She is responsible for operational oversight, client experience acumen, and driving performance aligned with ownership objectives across markets. With more than 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Misty specializes in data-driven strategy, portfolio optimization, and enhancing team performance to deliver consistent, measurable results. She is an active leader with the GCAA, the AANC, and the NAA, and serves on the GCAA Board of Directors. Misty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College and was honored as a 2025 MHN Rising Star Excellence Award recipient.
