Moren Adenubi, CCIM, CPM, CDPE, CIPS, is the Managing Broker and Owner of Crown Realty Experts, a Tennessee-based real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate, distressed assets, REO disposition, investment properties, and strategic real estate advisory services. With more than three decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Moren has built a reputation for excellence in distressed asset strategy, investor advisory, property management, and market repositioning.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Moren brings extensive expertise in distressed properties, recapitalization strategy, property management, investor relations, and operational leadership. She has worked with major institutional clients, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bank of America, HUD, and several national asset management firms.

In addition to her brokerage and investment work, Moren is a National Association of REALTORS® instructor, nationally recognized speaker and educator, and active leader within the real estate industry and community. She previously served on the Board of the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee and on the Board of the Institute of Real Estate Management Greater Nashville Chapter.
