Randy Storch is an accomplished technology executive with deep expertise in digital transformation, AI, IoT, and cloud-based solutions for commercial real estate and facilities management. With a track record of innovation and business growth, he has led groundbreaking initiatives that optimize real estate operations, enhance sustainability, and drive strategic revenue growth.

As Chief Technology Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Randy led the development of JLL Serve, an integrated facilities management platform now used by Fortune 100 clients. He also pioneered a cloud-based real estate data platform leveraging AI/ML, deployed a global IoT infrastructure for smart buildings, and piloted an energy-efficient HVAC system to reduce operational costs. His leadership played a key role in securing multi-billion-dollar contracts and advancing JLL’s digital strategy.

Previously, as an Operations & Innovation Consultant at Ideon Consulting, he revitalized struggling startups, restructured businesses, and introduced new technology solutions across real estate, retail, and healthcare. His expertise in operational optimization and product-market fit enabled companies to secure funding, improve efficiencies, and achieve sustainable growth.

Earlier, as President & CEO of Herman Miller/Convia, Randy transformed a corporate technology initiative into a market-leading smart building platform, later acquired by Legrand, NA. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and successfully exited multiple tech startups in airline reservations, cybersecurity, and telecom, raising over $100M in venture and private equity funding.

Holding nine technology patents, Randy has been recognized with industry honors, including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year and induction into the University of Illinois Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame. A frequent speaker on AI, technology, and real estate innovation, he continues to shape the future of smart buildings and digital transformation.
