Crown Bay Groups focus is the acquisition, asset management, renovation, re-positioning and disposition of “value-add” Multi family assets. They are also actively pursuing opportunistic acquisitions of other commercial real estate asset classes and development projects.

Crown Bay focuses on distressed properties that have been either mismanaged, have deferred maintenance, foreclosures, have lower than market occupancy, or need to be recapitalized. These properties offer the ability to make substantial returns through project stabilization.

Steve Firestone is CEO of Crown Bay Group and is a veteran of the Real Estate industry. He started his career in real estate in 1995 and has since been directly involved in many aspects of the industry. He started out buying and managing his own residential portfolio in. Soon after, he moved into property development running multiple Limited Liability Companies. He was involved in redeveloping outdated and commercial properties, responsible for managing property acquisitions, funding, building, and dispositions, re-positioning larger multifamily complexes, locating and acquiring land, redundant buildings and larger commercial properties. Has experience with re-zoning, working with planning officers, architects, planning committees, acquisition, to design and planning through to funding, syndicating & building out. Steve has an eye for a deal as well as strong negotiating skills. and is always looking towards identifying and the implementation of asset optimization strategies on any potential project.

In early 2017 Steve started subsidiary Crown Bay Management, which now manages ts property portfolio. They specialize and are highly experienced in the turn around of distressed properties and re-positions.
