Tadros “Teddy” Abdelmalek is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at HH Red Stone, bringing over 20 years of executive leadership experience in student housing, real estate, and property management. With a proven track record of driving growth and building high-impact partnerships, Teddy plays a key role in advancing HH Red Stone’s strategic vision and national expansion.

HH Red Stone is a national student housing and multifamily real estate platform known for aligning operational excellence with ownership interests. Based in Kansas City, Teddy leads the firm’s strategic growth efforts, forging new partnerships and expanding the company’s national management footprint across multiple asset classes, including student housing, multifamily, affordable, and mixed-use communities. In this role, he works closely with institutional investors, developers, ownership groups, and higher education partners to identify opportunities where strong management can create meaningful long-term value.

Teddy holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education with a focus on Student Affairs from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, grounding his work in a student-focused approach that informs both operational strategy and community engagement. This background gives him a unique perspective on student housing, where resident experience, campus connection, and asset performance all have to work together.

From repositioning challenged assets to launching new developments, Teddy is passionate about delivering results that make a lasting impact, both on the bottom line and in the lives of the residents served. He believes strong property management is not just about systems and reporting, but about people, accountability, and consistently executing the fundamentals that protect and grow asset value.

Teddy is married to his wife, Ciera, and together they are raising two young children who keep life moving fast. Their son, Fred, is 3, and their daughter, Elle, is nearly 2. Family is a big part of what grounds him, and time at home with Ciera, Fred, and Elle is where he recharges and keeps perspective, no matter how busy work gets.
