Aaron Katz has been successfully investing in apartments as a Deal Sponsor/Syndicator/GP and also as a passive investor in other sponsor’s projects since 2012.

He has participated in 16 projects as a Deal Sponsor/Syndicator/GP totaling approximately 3,200 apartment units. Nine of these projects have gone “Full Cycle” with an average total return of greater than 100% (a doubling of investor funds) in an average hold period of 3.5 years OR greater than a 29% average annualized return to passive investors.

Aaron has made his investors tens and tens of millions of dollars in his projects and to date no investor has ever lost money investing with Aaron. He’s also participated as a passive investor in 18 other projects totaling approximately another 4,000 apartment units bringing his total portfolio since 2012 to approximately 7,200 apartment units.
