Abby Ordonez is the Manager for Centralized Support Services (CST) for ResProp Property Management. With over 6 years of experience in the property management industry, Abby started her career with ResProp in a rotational business training program gaining field level property management experience. Abby then transitioned into a specialized team focused on optimizing and launching a new technology-driven initiative which aims to streamline make-ready turns in the multi-family property management industry. She helped scale the initiative to over 3 million in revenue within the first year and helped oversee all procurement, accounting, and vendor onboarding. She then transitioned back to operations where now, Abby serves the operations of the entire company focused on operational excellence and fast execution. She is based in Austin, TX.
