Amanda Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio. Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value- add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third-party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership.

She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and currently holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization. She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A.in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.
