Ariel Mark is a real estate investment professional with significant experience leading investments and structured financings across the United States and Asia. He currently oversees investments in the Western U.S. for Tokyu Land US Corporation, the U.S. platform of Tokyu Land Corporation, one of Japan’s largest real estate companies and a constituent of the Nikkei 225. In this capacity, he is responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring joint venture equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine investments in partnership with leading U.S. operating sponsors, while overseeing strategic capital relationships. Prior to joining Tokyu Land, Ariel held director-level roles within the international divisions of publicly traded European and Asian real estate companies, where he played an instrumental role in expanding their investment platforms and deploying capital across Southeast Asia and the United States. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and is a CAIA charterholder.
