Mr. Rose is an accomplished investment professional specializing in multifamily real estate across major metropolitan areas in the Southwestern region of the United States. Since joining Redwood Capital Group in 2021 as an Investment Officer, which was later acquired by EQT Exeter, Mr. Rose focuses on sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and managing multifamily investments, particularly in Texas and the larger Midwest region. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Rose has a proven track record of acquiring approximately $1.5 billion in institutional-quality multifamily apartment communities. His ability to evaluate markets, uncover opportunities, and execute strategic acquisitions is bolstered by a diverse background in investment, brokerage, and lending. Before joining EQT Exeter, Mr. Rose held key roles at prominent regional sponsors, including JPI Partners, Internacional Realty, and StoneBridge Investments. In these positions, he honed his expertise in multifamily real estate, gaining hands-on experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management. Additionally, his tenure at CBRE in Dallas as a broker, coupled with his lending experience at Bank of America, provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the financial and operational facets of the industry. Mr. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
