Byron Griffith is part of Colliers’ growing Texas Region, where he leverages the firm’s national platform and collaborates with leading specialists to deliver best-in-class service and drive exceptional outcomes in multifamily sales and financing.

He specializes in facilitating the acquisition and disposition of land, single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, and multifamily assets across Texas and Oklahoma, with additional expertise in structuring and placing debt for these transactions. Since entering the commercial real estate industry, he has contributed to over 50 successful closings, including a transaction volume exceeding $57 million in 2021 alone. His extensive background in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance has equipped him with a unique ability to guide property owners through both favorable and challenging market conditions. His proficiency in loss control strategies and premium optimization has consistently driven improvements in net operating income and overall investment performance. With a strong foundation in real estate finance, Byron offers strategic guidance throughout the full investment lifecycle—from acquisition to disposition—always prioritizing his clients’ goals and long-term success.

Byron is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a diverse background spanning both real estate and insurance. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2017 as an assistant analyst with SVN | Investment Sales Group, where he developed a strong foundation in market research and investment analysis. Prior to entering the real estate sector, Byron spent 14 years in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance sales, gaining valuable experience in client relations and risk management.

Over the course of 8 years at GREA, he held four progressively senior roles, culminating in his position as Senior Managing Director. His multifaceted experience and leadership within the firm have made him a key contributor to strategic growth and client success.
