An alumnus of Harvard Business School’s OPM50 program, Carlos has served on the board of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Harvard Club of Dallas, and the International Advisory Council for Fundação Dom Cabral.

Originally from Brazil, Carlos arrived in the United States with $300, a relentless work ethic, and an unyielding determination to “Make It Happen.” Guided by a faith-based philosophy, he emphasizes aligning purpose with business to create a meaningful impact. He views multifamily real estate as a practical and enduring investment, especially in thriving markets like Dallas-Fort Worth. Under his leadership, CONTI Capital utilizes advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and achieve outstanding results.
