Corey is the CEO and co-founder of M Group Capital. He is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), as well as the National Apartment Association (NAA). He received his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation with the NAA.

Corey received his bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as his doctorate from Texas Christian University. Corey currently operates his own anesthesia consulting practice, Marvel Anesthesia PLLC, as an independent contractor at various hospitals around the Dallas Fort Worth area. Through M Group Residential, a vertically integrated property management company of M Group Capital, we have acquired underperforming assets and revitalized them to modern standards and improved our residents’ quality of life.

His strengths include financial analysis, market interpretation and strategy, and value-add operation modeling.
