Cyrus Zadeh is the CEO of Camden Homes and a founding partner of CooperZadeh, a Dallas-based real estate platform active across Texas. A second-generation developer with more than 25 years of experience, he has worked across residential development, property management, single-family rental, multifamily, and land development. Under his leadership, Camden Homes has remained active in both the entry-level for-sale and build-to-rent markets, while CooperZadeh has grown into a broader asset management and development platform. Cyrus brings a practical operator’s perspective on where BTR and traditional multifamily each fit within today’s Texas market, from demand and lease-up to operations, capital deployment, and portfolio strategy. He holds a B.A. from St. Edward’s University, an MBA from the University of Denver, and completed Harvard’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate.
