Dan Sacks is a leading Greystone Senior Loan Originator, overseeing a team of professionals responsible for arranging creative debt and equity solutions for multifamily commercial property owners and developers. He specializes in large loan mortgage origination across Greystone’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, Bridge, balance-sheet and special situation lending platforms.

Dan has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He leads a team of 13 dedicated analysts that ensure loan structuring and certainty of execution are best-in-class. Prior to joining Greystone in 2013, Dan was an underwriting analyst for multifamily affordable properties at both Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo.

Dan received a B.A. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He was recently featured in Globe Street’s “50 Under 40.”
