Erik is a Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Bridge Investment Group, which he joined in 2019. He focuses on overseeing and executing the full life cycle of investments in value-add, workforce, and core multifamily properties, mainly in the Central United States with a focus on Texas. His work in acquisitions involves sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and acquiring assets in high-growth markets. He also leads asset management for Bridge’s Texas multifamily assets, driving performance through strategic capital planning and management, budgeting, and operational oversight.

Prior to joining Bridge, Erik began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he worked in equity and debt operations for global markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Utah Honors College.
