As a Director of Acquisitions at Venterra Realty, Giuseppe sources and executes on high-quality multifamily investment opportunities throughout Texas. With a background in both institutional brokerage and principal acquisition, Giuseppe brings a unique perspective and skillset to his role. He worked on over $650m (6,500+ units) in multifamily asset sales with IPA Texas, where he got his start in the multifamily space before transitioning to the principal side of the business in 2020. Giuseppe holds a degree in Economics and Engineering Management from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
