Ike's deal completion history over the past 8 years includes 2,500 apartment units across Texas, Florida, and North Carolina.

Currently, Ike is developing mixed-use retail and multifamily buildings in North Texas cities.

Prior to his real estate ventures, Ike was a C-level executive at several companies in the Boston area, leading the development of optimization products in marketing and customer research.
