As an innovator, pioneer, and disruptor, I've set high standards, steering the industry in new directions. This drive led me to diversify across the construction industry, establishing my own brands of power tools, light industrial equipment, and specialty hand tools. Additionally, I've created a dietary supplement company tailored for the construction industry, soon to launch.

As a real estate developer and commercial contractor of 20+ years, I believe in helping people solve problems and inspiring action. One way I contribute is by rescuing real estate development projects on the brink of failure using our unique methodology, which I believe will transform lives.

In today’s market, landowners and developers face significant challenges. As a leader, I embrace the mindset that all problems are solvable. My model aims to revolutionize real estate development, salvaging projects and supporting individuals on the verge of failure.

I constantly ask, "What one thing would help you, your partners, your developments the most?" This question applies not only to landowners and developers but also to my dietary supplements and tools—ensuring they meet expectations and needs.

My goal is to positively impact those who feel stuck. While not everyone may initially understand or share my vision, inspiring action in others can change the world and leave a lasting legacy. After all, helping others ultimately helps us grow too.
