Jay Snyder is Vice President of Procurement & Risk at ResProp Management, where he leads procurement, risk, compliance, and operational technology strategy across the company’s multifamily portfolio. Jay focuses on implementing systems and vendor partnerships that reduce workload, improve efficiency, and drive measurable NOI improvement for owners.

Since joining ResProp in 2017 through the BizTech Program, Jay has held roles spanning property operations, construction, procurement, and risk management. Prior to his current role, he led South Florida operations for an internal technology startup, helping drive 75% year-over-year growth. Jay holds a B.B.A. from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from University of Miami.
