Jeremy Thomason brings over two decades of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate to his role as Managing Principal at Convolo Capital, where he focuses on acquisitions and equity relationships. Convolo Capital is a boutique private equity firm specializing in multifamily assets in Georgia and Texas.

Previously, Jeremy served as EVP of Asset Management and Investor Relations for CAF Companies, managing a portfolio of over 24,000 units valued at more than $4 billion. His career also includes leading sales teams at CoreLogic, where he drove the adoption of data-enriched software solutions across 2 million multifamily units. Jeremy's passion for real estate began in 2004 as a commercial lender with Citi, GE Capital, and Wells Fargo, eventually leading to personal investments in over 20,000 units, including single-family rentals and multifamily syndications.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jeremy is deeply involved in the industry and community. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, where he advocates for the industry at local, state, and national levels, and is a 2024 NAA Leadership Lyceum graduate. His civic contributions include board positions with the City of Richardson, the YMCA, Chase Oaks Church, and Plano Independent School District.

Jeremy holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He resides in Richardson, TX, with his wife and is the proud parent of three college-aged children.
