Her expertise spans conventional and tax credit properties, including REIT, third-party investor, and owner-managed communities. She has successfully managed a diverse portfolio, including build-to-rent, garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use developments, and student housing.

Ms. Heald holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is actively pursuing her Certified

Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in business development, leading teams through new construction lease-ups, acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation/value-add initiatives.
