Kelly Blaskowsky serves as the President of Capstone Real Estate Services. With over 25 years of experience in multifamily property management, she has worked across a diverse range of asset types, including Class A new developments, value-add properties, tax credit housing, and bond-financed projects. Her extensive expertise enables her to take a strategic approach to optimizing performance and meeting the unique needs of each client.

Kelly is deeply committed to industry advancement through volunteer work, actively supporting continuing education and participating in discussions on the future of real estate. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and previously served as President of the organization’s San Antonio Chapter in 2013.
