Mary Anjou Martinez is the CEO & Founder of Beam Investment Group, a private real estate investment firm located in Houston, and specializing in the fast-growing Texas market.

She started investing in residential real estate in 2009, and eventually transitioned to commercial real estate, currently invested in 2,800 multifamily units. She is a General Partner in 1,600 units in Texas (8 large apartment communities) and in 3 locations Express Car Washes in Houston with $200 million of assets under management.
