As Regional Vice President, Olivia supports Kairoi’s North Texas and Houston markets, bringing a hands-on approach and an unwavering focus on the success of each asset. Both valued clients and the Kairoi team rely on her collaborative style, accessibility, and deep operational expertise. Prior to Kairoi, Olivia spent over 15 years mastering all aspects of property management with top firms like Lincoln Property Company and ZRS Management. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the University of North Texas and holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Olivia enjoys hiking, traveling, and cheering from the sidelines as a proud soccer mom.
