Rose Hasham is the Head of Investments and Brokerage at Axe Commercial Real Estate, where she leads national investment sales and capital markets strategy across Multi-Family, Land, and Hospitality asset classes.

Known as the “Confidential Deal Architect,” she is deeply connected to family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and private capital sources, helping match sponsors with creative financing structures that traditional lenders often cannot provide. Rose is a frequent speaker on real estate investment strategy, and navigating deal challenges through innovative solutions.

Rose serves on the board of the Harvard Business School Club of Dallas, where she leads the Real Estate Special Interest Group, and on the Economic Advisory Committee for the University of Texas at Dallas. She was awarded 2024 Bisnow Woman Leading Real Estate in Finance and a 2024 Top CRE Social Media Influencer by the CREi Summit. She is a member of NAREIT, AAREP, and NTCAR.
