Sean is Senior Director, Originations (CO, TX, UT, OK, NM, AR and NE) at Nuveen Green Capital. With over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and commercial banking space, Sean has been a critical leader in the Mountain West / Texas region.

Prior to joining Nuveen Green Capital, Sean was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with ANB Bank, a mid-sized community bank based out of Cherry Creek, CO. He specialized in commercial real estate, C&I, state housing tax credit finance, and most recently, C-PACE. Sean began his banking career through FirstBank’s management training program, transitioning to ANB Bank after five years. Since 2017, he has focused his efforts on building awareness of the C-PACE/energy efficiency initiative through various Colorado Real Estate Journal panels and Mayor Hancock’s sustainability conference.

Sean currently serves on the governor-appointed position as board member of the New Energy Improvement District for the State of Colorado, the entity that oversees the CO PACE program.

Sean received his graduate degree from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking and his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
