Tina Rae is the founder of Castile Capital, a mission-driven real estate firm bringing clarity, confidence, and conscious leadership to the multifamily industry. With over a decade of hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of Multifamily, from leasing and on-site operations to acquisitions and asset management. Tina is known for her rare blend of analytical precision and people-first leadership.

Before launching her own firm, Tina served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Madera Residential, where she led the charge on acquiring 92 apartment communities totaling 24,323 units and over $2 billion in value across Texas.

She holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in real estate from Texas Tech University and serves on the advisory board for the university’s Center for Real Estate.
