Based in Austin, Tristan brings over seven years of operational leadership as a former Community Director, having successfully led teams across diverse asset classes in three major Texas markets. His deep expertise in operations, client relations, social engagement, and asset performance enables him to deliver a cohesive and elevated experience for both residents and team members across Kairoi’s platform.

A Texas native, Tristan is passionate about cultivating long-term partnerships and building community through a hospitality-forward approach. He is a recipient of the Austin Apartment Association’s “Property of the Year” award and continues to bring the same high standards to his current role. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of two and an active youth baseball coach, known for his energy, authenticity, and people-first mindset.
