Shipping to the Event

  • Shipping Info:
    • The hotel charges for all incoming packages. Please see details below. Ahead of the conference, the hotel will send over a credit card authorization form.
      • If this is not filled out ahead of the conference, your packages will not be delivered to your booth.
    • If you are hand-carrying your materials, please enter from the loading dock located off San Jacinto Street.
    • Packages can begin arriving 3 days out from the conference dates (no earlier than Thursday, April 23).
    • Return Shipping:
      • The hotel does not have a business center, so please have return labels with you for any outbound items.
      • Major carriers (FedEx, UPS) stop by the hotel regularly, but if you need special shipping or are using a different carrier, please ensure to schedule those pickups.
    • Please note that the tables that come with your booth are linen-less.

Incoming Package Fees:

  • Complimentary: Envelopes, and any package(s) 0-5lbs
  • Packages (5-15lbs): $15
  • Packages (15-30lbs): $30
  • Packages (over 30lbs): $50
  • Pelican Rolling Case: $60 per case
  • Pallets (standard size): $200 per pallet
  • Oversized Pallets (larger than normal size pallets): $500 per pallet. Pallets must be able to fit within the service elevator or the vendor will be requested to breakdown the pallet prior to moving into the banquet space.

Pass Registration

To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from Alivea.Boerger@informa.com. If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Alivea to have this shared with you.

FIRM PASSES are for members of YOUR COMPANY. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.

CLIENT PASSES limited to OWNER/OPERATORS, PROPERTY MANAGERS and EQUITY INVESTORS. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
