David Walker, General Counsel UK, joined Deminor in January 2021. David leads the firm’s litigation funding activities in the UK, in addition to being Deminor's Deputy Chief Investment Officer (CIO). His work focuses on sourcing, funding, and monitoring high-value commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on international arbitration and UK litigation.

Before joining Deminor, David worked at another leading litigation funder and previously practised in the international arbitration teams at Withers and Arnold & Porter. He has experience representing parties in cases under ICSDI, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, and LCIA rules.
