Gian Kull is Regional Portfolio Manager for the UK and Senior Investment Manager at Omni Bridgeway, based in the company’s London office. He is responsible for originating, assessing, and managing litigation funding investments across the UK, as well as leading investor processes for co-investments.

Gian brings extensive experience in legal assets and special situations investing. Before joining Omni Bridgeway, he was Chief Investment Officer at a UK-based global litigation funder, overseeing the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio. Previously, he worked at Syz Capital in Zürich, where he developed and led a legal assets investment platform focused on litigation funding and law firm lending. Earlier in his career, Gian was a Director at Multiplicity Partners AG, originating and structuring legal asset investments, and a Director of Origination at VALTEGRA LLP, a European distressed private equity fund. He also launched and led the European office of Brigade Capital Management in Zürich, managing distressed credit investments across Europe.

Gian began his career at Merrill Lynch and holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) from Georgetown University.
